All applications for Stalls must be submitted using this on-line booking form. Confirmation of your approved application will be sent in writing to the email address you provided. Please note the following rules apply:

You must upload your Public Liability Insurance and relevant H&S paperwork with your application to be considered

Bespoke applications must have uploaded a photograph of your stall / stand and product display to be considered

Any products / menu items not listed on your application will be asked to be removed

A 50% non refundable deposit is required from all accepted trader applications in order to confirm your space and full final payment is required by the end of August 2024. ONLY FULLY PAID traders will be allowed to access site on build days

Due to the location and outdoor nature of the event, dates and times can vary depending on weather and any decisions necessary to ensure public safety. The Market will be open to the public from 11am - 10pm Mon - Sun. All traders must remain open for the full duration - failure to do so will result in a fine or removal from the event without a refund.
